How do I Book a Transfer/Tour?

Send us an e-mail, a whatsapp message or use the form to book your transfer/tour. After the booker has accepted the quote of the limo service, will receive an email containing information about the chauffeur and the vehicle.

What is the difference between a Private Chauffeur Service and a public service?

A Chauffeur Service normally uses black luxury vehicles driven by certified professional chauffeurs. Whereas public transportation service often arrive late, a Chauffeur Service will arrive fifteen minutes early in a clean car. While they wait, the chauffeur can prepare for the route ahead and the traffic conditions. All cars come with bottles of water and Wi-Fi. The vehicles that we use can access the arrivals and departures of national and international airports, public and private ports without any restrictions.

Do you monitor the departure and arrival times of flights and trains yourself?

We check all current departure and arrival times via an app of the airport and rail station in question. Doing so ensures we are always aware of any delays. For private flights, we maintain contact with the company to ensure we are notified of any changes.

Where the chauffeur meet the guests for an airport/train station/port transfer?

When the flight/train/boat arrives, the chauffeur will park their car at the minimum walking distance and wait for the guests near the gate’s exit. Chauffeur will be holding a sign or an iPad displaying the client’s (company) name.

What does a private chauffeur wear?

Generally, chauffeurs will wear a dark tailored with a light-coloured shirt and a tie. Upon request, the chauffeur can also dress in a casual manner.

Are fuel and tolls included in the price of the quote?

All costs to fuel, motorway tolls, parking are included in the price of the each services requested.

Does the driver know any other languages?

Drivers have a good knowledge of the English language as well as a deep knowledge of the territory and the dynamics of the specific work. Experience and quality that comes from years of experience. They can also give advice on places to visit. They try to give summary information during tours from inside the car as they cannot do the work of an authorized guide and cannot accompany the customer in the sites to visit.

Will You Charge If I Have To Cancel My Booking?

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of the service, no charge will be made.

How Do I Pay the Chauffeur Service?

Credit card and PayPal can make payment. Alternatively, in the cash amount on the day of service. After the booker has accepted the quote, can confirm the booking paying Pay a deposit with the amount received by e-mail via the secure gateway PayPal. Payment in Euros is much appreciated and will avoid expensive Italian bank fees on exchange rates.
